Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept return requests.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received — unused, unopened, and with all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@shopbuyscape.store with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Please do not send items back without first receiving confirmation from us — unrequested returns will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover all return shipping costs.
- Change of mind returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Skincare & Wellness Products
We take hygiene and product integrity seriously. For health and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, supplement, and personal care products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you received a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at hello@shopbuyscape.store with photos and your order details — we will resolve this promptly at no cost to you.
Unopened skincare and wellness products in their original sealed packaging are eligible for return within the 30-day window.
Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@shopbuyscape.store so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used personal care, skincare, or wellness products
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If you'd like a different product, the quickest path is to return your eligible item and place a new order once your return is approved. Our team is happy to assist you find the right product — just reach out at hello@shopbuyscape.store
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer law.
To qualify, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact us athello@shopbuyscape.storecom to initiate your EU return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 2–3 business days of receipt), we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us athello@shopbuyscape.store.
