When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. BUYSCAPE reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until BUYSCAPE confirms acceptance and processes your payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as BUYSCAPE may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will notify you via the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of the order.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and will provide estimated delivery timeframes at checkout. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
For international orders, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@shopbuyscape.store and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL BUYSCAPE, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICES.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BUYSCAPE, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (3) your access to and use of the Services.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at hello@shopbuyscape.store. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
For customers residing in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law, including your right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.
