Our Shipping Promise

1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During peak periods (e.g. sale events, holidays), processing times may extend to 3–5 business days. We will communicate any significant delays via email.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship to customers worldwide, including across Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and the Americas. If your country is not supported at checkout, please contact us at hello@shopbuyscape.store and we will do our best to assist.
3. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods, available at checkout:

Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination, order weight, and selected shipping method.
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders — the current threshold will be displayed at checkout and may vary by market.
5. Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted international carriers including DHL, FedEx, and local postal networks to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier assigned to your order will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package with the assigned carrier.
If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@shopbuyscape.store.
7. International Orders — Customs, Duties & Taxes
BUYSCAPE ships from Hong Kong. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
We are unable to predict or control customs processing times, which may add to your delivery estimate. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Please note that BUYSCAPE is not responsible for packages held or delayed by customs authorities.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. BUYSCAPE is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at hello@shopbuyscape.store. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
9. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbours and any safe drop locations
- Contact your local postal carrier or customs office
- Wait 2 additional business days, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely
If your package is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@shopbuyscape.store within 14 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will investigate and work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
BUYSCAPE is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
10. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- High volume periods (holidays, sale events)
- Carrier disruptions or strikes
- Customs processing
- Severe weather or natural events
We appreciate your patience in these situations. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
